The following paper is the text of a presentation given on 17 April 2026 at the University of Liverpool in the context of a workshop on the impact of the Strasbourg and Luxembourg Courts on Lex Sportiva. Based on Semenya v. Switzerland and Royal Football Club Seraing, it deals with the challenges resulting from these judgments for national judges.
